Internship Overview
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Sales Support Intern to join our iStore Business sales team. This internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in the operations of a high-performing sales department. You will support day-to-day functions, assist with reporting and analysis, and gain valuable exposure to the inner workings of a leading technology distributor.
Key Responsibilities
Assist the sales support team with order processing, documentation, and invoicing
Maintain accurate and up-to-date records in the CRM and internal systems
Provide administrative support for sales activities and client communications
Track stock availability and assist in product allocation
Help prepare sales reports, presentations, and performance dashboards
Collaborate with internal departments (e.g., logistics, marketing, finance) to ensure seamless service delivery
Support ad-hoc tasks and projects as assigned
Requirements
Completed degree or diploma in Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or related field
Strong written and verbal communication skills
High attention to detail and excellent organizational skills
Ability to work well independently and in a team
