About iSchoolAfrica
iSchoolAfrica is an education initiative that reaches schools across South
Africa in rural and urban settings. The overall objective of the initiative is to
empower teachers and students by giving them access to the world’s most
advanced educational technology and classroom practices.

Programme Coordination
• Act as the main point of contact between iSchoolAfrica, donors and
assigned schools.
• Schedule and oversee regular school visits and training sessions.
• Ensure proper management, integration and usage of iPads.• Provide regular feedback through reports and updates.
Facilitation and Training
• Deliver engaging, hands-on training sessions to teachers and learners
on how to integrate iPad technology into the curriculum.
• Support teachers in lesson planning and classroom delivery.
• Encourage inclusive learning by supporting learners with disabilities
and adapting approaches as needed.
Monitoring and Evaluation
• Collect data on usage, attendance, and impact (photos, videos,
testimonials, survey responses).
• Track progress and provide feedback on the effectiveness of
interventions.
Qualifications
• A diploma or degree in Education, ICT in Education, or related field.
• Experience in teaching, training, or educational facilitation.
• Strong understanding of ICT integration in schools.
• Experience in utilising technology to enhance education outcomes.
Skills and attributes
• Passion for education and youth empowerment.
• Strong facilitation and presentation skills. Excellent communication and
interpersonal skills.
• Confident using Apple devices (iPad proficiency preferred).
• Self-motivated, reliable, and organised.
Overall responsibility: To co-ordinate and facilitate the successful
implementation of iSchoolAfrica’s iPad learning programmes in partner
schools, ensuring effective use of technology to enhance learning outcomes,
support teachers, and empower learners, including those with disabilities.
