About the Role
We’re looking for a sharp, creative, and data-savvy Copywriter to join our growing team
and help us engage and retain our existing customers through compelling copy across
multiple digital channels.
In this role, you’ll own the tone, message, and effectiveness of lifecycle and CRM
campaigns. You’ll write short-form, high-impact messaging, collaborate with the CVM
and growth teams, and analyze campaign performance to continuously improve our
customer engagement efforts.
This is a highly collaborative and strategic role for a writer who knows that the right
words, in the right format, at the right time can make all the difference.
Key Responsibilities
- Write clear, engaging, and conversion-optimised copy for Email, SMS, WhatsApp and
- App push Notification campaigns targeting existing customers.
- Collaborate with CVM, design, and product marketing teams to align messaging with
- brand voice and campaign goals.
- Translate complex product features or offers into concise, benefit-driven copy tailored
- to each channel.
- Conduct message testing (A/B) and analyse performance metrics to determine what works and what doesn’t.
- Audit existing content and flows, identify weak spots, and propose copy or structural
- improvements.
- Develop and maintain a consistent tone of voice across retention touchpoints.
- Support the creation of personalised and automated flows, including onboarding, re-engagement, upsell, and win-back campaigns.
- Stay updated on best practices in mobile and CRM messaging.
Requirements
- 3–5+ years of experience in copywriting, preferably with a focus on CRM, lifecycle
- marketing, or digital retention.
- Proven experience writing for SMS, email, and messaging platforms like WhatsApp.
- Strong portfolio showcasing short-form, impactful writing, with sales or marketing
- campaigns that include calls-to-action.
- Solid understanding of performance-driven marketing – especially open rates, click-
- throughs, and conversion metrics.
- Experience in working with customer segmentation and personalisation (using
- dynamic fields).
- Comfortable with basic data interpretation to assess performance and make informed
- copy decisions.
- Highly organised, self-motivated, and collaborative.
- Quick-learner, able to work in a fast-paced environment.
