Job Description
Create and develop content, graphics, layouts and material required in all marketing functions in
tandem with Creative Lead and other stakeholders within the core group of companies, on a
number of brands with specific focus on iStore. Constantly ensure the correct brand tone and
quality standards are upheld - and evolving these as required by changes and shifts in the field of
marketing.
Requirements:
Educational requirements:
National Level Qualification or higher in graphic design, digital design, film, or a related field.
Experience required:
Have 6+ years design experience in an in-house creative department or agency type environment -
specialising in creative asset creation for Web | Mail | Digital | Social | Display | Print
Proficient in using Apple products (i.e. Mac)
Complete portfolio of multimedia design content showcasing skills and experience.
Proficient in current design and layout software, including but not limited to: Adobe Creative Suite
A good understanding of web design
Animation and video editing experience in industry standard packages such as Adobe Premiere and
Adobe After Effects
Responsibilities:
Work in conjunction with internal team and overall business stakeholders to ensure that marketing
communication is aligned to the brand tone, guidelines and objectives
Become familiar with brand/corporate guidelines across our portfolio of clients to ensure all artwork
complies.
Continuously evaluate and ensure all creative work produced is fresh, effective, relevant and market-
trend related
Design and develop collateral for all routes to market including but not limited to: Web | Mail | Digital |
Social | Display | Print
Implement, design and adapt templates and workflows for above collateral
Align with Creative Lead with regard to direction, messaging and execution of all creative work and
campaigns before it is passed back to originator / briefer
Explore and develop video content opportunities
Extend knowledge of design trends and best practices through constant research - including new media
formats, platforms and executions.
Drive business growth by interrogating current practices and identifying new ways of working/output
within the marketing team
Competencies:
Creativity: The ability to come up with original and visually appealing designs that communicate a
message effectively.
Design skills: Knowledge of design principles, typography, colour theory, composition, and layout, as
well as the ability to use design software and tools like Adobe Creative Suite.
Attention to detail: A meticulous eye for detail and accuracy in design work.
Communication skills: Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with
marketing managers and team members.
Time management: The ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines while maintaining
quality work.

advancements.
Problem-solving: The ability to identify and solve design problems, including technical issues and
creative challenges.
Continuous learning: A commitment to staying up-to-date with design trends, software, and technology
