We’re looking for a confident, solutions-driven Service Delivery Manager to own the relationship between our clients and technical teams, ensuring delivery excellence across every engagement.

iStore Business is the B2B division of iStore, South Africa’s leading Apple Premium Reseller. We partner with organisations of all sizes to deliver tailored Apple and Microsoft technology solutions, supported by expert consulting, deployment, and ongoing managed services. Our focus is on enabling businesses to work smarter through seamless, reliable, and scalable IT environments.

What you’ll be doing:

• Own and manage the relationship between clients and internal technical teams
• Ensure all client commitments are delivered on time and to standard
• Lead governance processes, service reviews, and escalations
• Oversee both embedded and project-based engagements
• Act as the central point of coordination between sales, technical teams, and clients
• Drive accountability and continuous improvement across service delivery

Requirements:

• 5–8 years’ experience in IT service delivery, account management, or client success roles
• Proven track record managing complex client environments and multiple stakeholders
• Strong stakeholder management skills — able to handle high-pressure or challenging client conversations with confidence
• Highly organised, with a structured and process-driven approach (without being overly rigid)
• Comfortable working within an Apple and Microsoft environment (technical fluency preferred, not required)

Qualifications & Certifications:

• Relevant tertiary qualification in Information Technology, Business, or a related field
• ITIL certification (Foundation or higher) is advantageous
