About the Role
We are looking for a dynamic and results-driven Product Manager to lead and grow our Pure Electric and Ultrahuman brands. This role is responsible for defining and executing brand strategies, driving product sales throughout the lifecycle, and ensuring business growth and profitability. You will work closely with retailers, partners, and cross-functional teams to deliver strong commercial outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and execute annual and quarterly business plans aligned with brand objectives.
Drive product sales by implementing localized product strategies and roadmaps.
Build strong relationships with national retailers, senior managers, and key stakeholders.
Achieve and exceed sales targets, monitoring sell-in & sell-out performance per partner.
Manage stock planning, ensuring healthy inventory levels and minimizing aging stock.
Oversee partner account administration, claims management, and financial processes.
Collaborate with marketing teams to deliver impactful brand visibility across retail and digital channels.
Facilitate training for partner and in-store sales staff to strengthen product knowledge.
Lead special projects and initiatives that enhance brand growth and market share.
Qualifications & Experience
Grade 12 plus relevant tertiary qualification.
Minimum 3 years’ experience in a retail supplier environment.
2–3 years’ product management experience (electronics industry advantageous).
Experience with mass retailers and online retail channels.
Proven track record managing large/global brands is an advantage.

Energetic, passionate, and a motivated self-starter.
Knowledge of MacOS/iOS and intermediate MS Excel required.
Must have own vehicle and valid driver’s license.
Willingness to travel locally and internationally if required.
