Job Description
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in updating website content (text, images, links, banners, products etc).
- Perform regular content checks to ensure accuracy, functionality, and visual consistency across web pages to ensure brand alignment & SEO best practices.
- Collaborate & coordinate with internal teams to update & publish promotions, landing pages, campaign content, routine website maintenance tasks, updates, integrations and documentation.
- Support troubleshooting efforts to swiftly address and resolve website issues.
- Conduct basic quality assurance and testing across devices and browsers.
- Communicate with cross-functional teams to support ongoing digital initiatives.
- Customer service & operational support: Collaborate with customer service & operations to provide support for daily operations within the business unit and to resolve user issues related to the website.

Qualifications:
- Degree, diploma, or certificate in Digital Media, Communications, Marketing, Web Design, or a related field — or equivalent practical experience.
- Familiarity with using websites and content management systems (e.g., Shopify, WordPress, Wix).
- Basic understanding of web principles and practices (HTML/CSS, SEO, responsive design) is a plus.
- Basic understanding of website structure, page layouts, and content formatting
- Comfortable using digital tools like Google Docs, spreadsheets & Monday.com
Bonus Skills (Nice to Have):
- Experience with image editing tools (e.g., Canva, Photoshop).
- Exposure to e-commerce platforms like Shopify or WooCommerce.
- Interest in user experience, digital marketing, or analytics.
